Our salon and spa are owned by Evansville, IN-raised Brittany Lanae McHugh, a stylist who has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years. Even though she is a busy mom of three boys, self-care has always been a priority. Her passion is to provide not only her hometown but the surrounding areas with the best quality services. She builds confidence for her team through education and creating a welcoming, trendy, big city, full-service salon and spa with a non-competitive feel.
Let’s be honest. There’s enough people to go around. At B. Lanae, you get to be yourself while working in a place with endless support for growth. Success for Brittany is working smarter, not harder, and having a work/life balance is the goal. She is a mentor who holds her team accountable and picks you up when you fall; we are family.
Maddie
Front of the House | Spray Tan Artist
Maddie is a beauty enthusiast who has always had a love for the industry and self-care. She strives to build a relationship with all clients and provide them with the best experience!
Maddie believes that the best accessory is a flawless tan! She strives to make clients feel comfortable during the spray tan process, as well as properly educate them on every aspect of spray tanning.
Renee
Aesthetic Nurse
Renee, BSN, RN, was born and raised on the west side of Evansville, and keeps busy with her beautiful, very energetic children. Renee has a passion for teaching others.
By day, she is the team leader and cardiac ICU/SD/telemetry educator for The Heart Hospital at Deaconess Gateway, where she has been for the last 11 years. By night, she is working to keep those fine lines and wrinkles at bay.
Renee specializes in Botox & filler as well as laser hair, tattoo, and vein removal.
Mariana
Cosmetologist | Hair Extension Specialist | Curl Specialist
As a loving wife and mother of five, Mariana is dedicated to the art of hair care. Her goal is to create a warm and inviting atmosphere where everyone feels welcomed, encouraging each client to celebrate their hair’s unique journey and diversity.
Mariana specializes in curly hair cutting and styling, as well as dimensional colors and vivids. She also loves creating a seamless extension look tailored to you, using a variety of extension methods.

Trinity got into nails when she discovered that art comes with it. Whether it's simple line work, complex characters, or freestyling, Trinity is the best around! She is certified in acrylic, gel-x, and gel nails.
Lacy

Ever since Lacy was young, her dream was to become a hairstylist! Lacy specializes in dimensional blondes and brunettes for a lived-in look. She also enjoys creating lash extension looks to create a style tailored to you!
Outside of work, Lacy is a mom of two and enjoys shopping.
Emma

A lover of all things hair and skin, Emma strives to make her clients look and feel their absolute best. Emma specializes in blonding and dimensional color services. She also loves a good facial and is certified in dermaplaning, lash and brow lamination, and chemical peels.
In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her cats and dogs, shopping, and traveling.

Paige specializes in gel-x nail extensions and nail art. She loves turning your nail ideas into sets you'll love, no matter the design!
Outside of the salon Paige enjoys reading, spending time with her significant other or being comfy at home!

Emily is a hairstylist who loves helping people feel like the most confident and beautiful versions of themselves! She specializes in extensions, hair for special events, and looks that feel effortless.
When she's not behind the chair, you can usually find her reading, thrifting, and cooking for her friends and family.

Tessa grew up loving the salon atmosphere. That love turned into a passion for making others feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.
Outside of work, Tessa loves spending time with her significant other and two fur babies.

Carly specializes in extensions, blonding, lived-in color, and men's haircutting.
When Carly isn't behind the chair you can find her shopping, reading, or spending time outdoors with her dog, Honey.
