Brittany

Visionary | Stylist

Our salon and spa are owned by Evansville, IN-raised Brittany Lanae McHugh, a stylist who has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years. A busy boy mom of three boys, self-care has always been a priority. Her passion is to provide not only her hometown but the surrounding areas with the best quality services. She builds confidence for her team through education and creating a welcoming, trendy, big city, full-service salon and spa with a non-competitive feel.


Let’s be honest. There’s enough people to go around. At B. Lanae, you get to be yourself while working in a place with endless support for growth. Success for Brittany is working smarter, not harder, and having a work/life balance is the goal. She is a mentor who holds her team accountable and picks you up when you fall; we are family.

Maddie

Front of the House | Spray Tan Artist

Maddie is a beauty enthusiast who has always had a love for the industry and self-care. She strives to build a relationship with all clients and provide them with the best experience!


Maddie believes that the best accessory is a flawless tan! She strives to make clients feel comfortable during the spray tan process, as well as properly educate them on every aspect of spray tanning.

Renee

Aesthetic Nurse

Renee, BSN, RN, was born and raised on the west side of Evansville, and keeps busy with her beautiful, very energetic children. Renee has a passion for teaching others.


By day, she is the team leader and cardiac ICU/SD/telemetry educator for The Heart Hospital at Deaconess Gateway, where she has been for the last 11 years. By night, she is working to keep those fine lines and wrinkles at bay.

Mariana

Cosmetologist | Hair Extension Specialist

As a loving wife and mother of four, Mariana is dedicated to the art of hair care. Her goal is to create a warm and inviting atmosphere where everyone feels welcomed, encouraging each client to celebrate their hair’s unique journey and diversity.

Tessa grew up loving the salon atmosphere. That love turned into a passion for making others feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.


Outside of work, Tessa loves spending time with her significant other and two fur babies.
