How do you price your services?
We strive for transparency in our pricing. You'll find estimated costs on our booking page to minimize surprises. However, we understand that each client's needs are unique. Our stylists may adjust your service accordingly, and any price changes will be discussed during your consultation before we begin. If you have any questions about pricing, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place. If you need to reschedule, cancel, or if you don't show up for your appointment, you'll be charged 50% of your service price. As an appointment-based salon and spa, our service providers rely on timely cancellations to accommodate clients on our waiting list.Are deposits required for any services?
Yes, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit for certain services. You'll be informed about this deposit requirement during the online booking process or by our staff if you're booking over the phone.What form of payments do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including cash, check, all major credit cards, and Apple Pay. Please note that we require a credit card on file for all appointments. There's a 3% processing fee applied to all credit card transactions.What happens if I am running late?
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. In this case, you would be charged the 50% late cancellation fee.How may I tip my service provider?
Tips are always appreciated, but never expected. You're welcome to leave a tip on your card. If you prefer, our stylists also accept cash tips.
